You would need 250g of cold gel from the store to get the same amount of menthol as a 25g bag of Sauna Menthol sauna ice contains. Where should you store menthol crystals? The packaging should always be stored in a dry and moderately cool place. The melting point of menthol crystals is 41 degrees, so you should never take them to the sauna. The crystals melt easily, so it is best to administer them outside the sauna. However, the crystals can be stored in the bathroom, in a box or in plain sight. The packaging is resealable, so you should make sure to close the packaging tightly after use. Remember to store the product out of the reach of children. It is best to administer them using a small spoon or by shaking the bag. Handling menthol with bare hands can cause a slight stinging sensation and there is also a risk of it getting into your eyes.
