How much Sauna Menthol sauna ice is there?
Sauna Menthol is made from 100% natural essential mint oil (Mentha Arvensis). It is a very strong and pure form of menthol. Menthol is extracted from mint oil and crystallized into a physical form. It has nothing added to it, and thanks to its naturalness, it is the perfect sauna scent for every sauna moment, alone or with the family. Sauna Menthol sauna crystals are really plentiful and a 25g package will last you for about 80 sauna sessions. In practice, this means that for each sauna session, approximately 0.3g of crystals is enough. A guideline is that 1-3 small crystals in a sauna bucket with water are enough to get a strong and opening effect when the menthol evaporates. If you think about this in terms of money, then using our 25g original product costs €0.18 per sauna session. So for very little money you can have a great sauna experience. The strength of menthol crystals is well illustrated by the fact that, for example, cold gels contain menthol at about 10% of the gel content. In practice, a 100g tube contains 10g of pure menthol. You would need 250g of cold gel from the store to get the same amount of menthol as a 25g bag of Sauna Menthol sauna ice contains. Where should you store menthol crystals? The packaging should always be stored in a dry and moderately cool place. The melting point of menthol crystals is 41 degrees, so you should never take them to the sauna. The crystals melt easily, so it is best to administer them outside the sauna. However, the crystals can be stored in the bathroom, in a box or in plain sight. The packaging is resealable, so you should make sure to close the packaging tightly after use. Remember to store the product out of the reach of children. It is best to administer them using a small spoon or by shaking the bag. Handling menthol with bare hands can cause a slight stinging sensation and there is also a risk of it getting into your eyes. However, the crystals are completely natural and safe to use, even if you touch them with your hands. How should Sauna Menthol sauna scents be used? Using Sauna Menthol sauna scents is very simple. However, when starting to use it, you should be careful with the dosage. It is generally recommended to start with a small amount of sauna crystals. A guideline is that 1-3 crystals are enough to start with and the dosage can be increased gradually according to your own feelings.
