Adjusting the amount of menthol Small sauna (less than 6 m²) → A smaller amount of Sauna Menthol is sufficient because the space fills with steam faster. Large sauna (over 10 m²) → More menthol is needed to spread the effect evenly throughout the space. 2. Air circulation and steam diffusion In a small sauna, Sauna Menthol spreads quickly, but can feel too strong if applied too much. Always remember to start with a small amount. In a large sauna, the steam may disperse more, which may result in a milder effect of Sauna Menthol. 3. In a larger sauna, you can try dispensing sauna ice in several places, for example, separately into the sauna water and the sauna heater. 4. Number of users More saunas in a large sauna → You can add a little more menthol so that everyone gets the effect. Fewer users in a small sauna → Less menthol so it is not too strong. 5. Sauna experience In a small sauna, the intensity of menthol can become more pronounced faster. Moderate dosage is recommended. In a large sauna, Sauna Menthol can create a pleasant, more evenly distributed refreshing effect.
